1. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not already been processed or shipped.
To request a cancellation, please email us at support@nivaura.in with your order number and reason for cancellation.
- If the order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, please refer to our Refund Policy for return and refund options.
- Customized or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.
