1. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not already been processed or shipped.

To request a cancellation, please email us at support@nivaura.in with your order number and reason for cancellation.

If the order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, please refer to our Refund Policy for return and refund options.
Customized or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.
