Refund & Return Policy

At Nivaura Home Decor, every product is carefully curated and quality-checked before dispatch. Please review the policy below before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

Refunds and returns are eligible ONLY if the product received is different from what was ordered.

Ceramic products and all customised or personalised items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

2. Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

Change of mind after delivery
Minor variations in color, texture, size, or finish (handcrafted nature)
Damage caused due to improper handling or misuse
Products that have been used or altered
Customised, personalised, or made-to-order items

Note: All our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans. Slight variations are natural and are not considered defects.

3. Conditions for Return

The product must be unused and in its original packaging
The product must be returned in the same condition as delivered
Returns failing quality inspection will not be eligible for a refund

4. How to Request a Refund or Return

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@nivaura.in.

Please include the following details:

Order number
Description of the issue
Clear photos of the product and packaging
Mandatory unboxing video (without cuts)

5. Refund Process

Once the return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping will be covered by us only if the refund is approved due to an incorrect product being shipped.
