Refund & Return Policy

At Nivaura Home Decor, every product is carefully curated and quality-checked before dispatch. To maintain transparency, we share a 360° product video prior to shipping. Please review the policy below before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

Refunds and returns are eligible ONLY if the product received is different from what was ordered.

To ensure clarity and avoid disputes, we provide a 360° video of the exact product before dispatch. A refund or return will be approved only if the delivered product does not match the product shown in the shared video.

Ceramic or any Personalised products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable due to their fragile nature and risk of transit damage.

2. Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Minor variations in color, texture, size, or finish (handcrafted nature)
  • Damage caused due to improper handling or misuse
  • Products that have been used or altered
  • Customized or made-to-order items

Note: All our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans. Slight variations are natural and are not considered defects.

3. Conditions for Return

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging
  • The product must be returned in the same condition as delivered
  • Returns failing quality inspection will not be eligible for a refund

4. How to Request a Refund or Return

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@nivaura.in.

Please include the following details:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • Mandatory unboxing video (without cuts)

5. Refund Process

Once the return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping will be covered by us only if the refund is approved due to an incorrect product being shipped.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If eligible, you may return the product and place a new order separately.
